We have over thirty years experience in the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of this type of automation systems.
In large installations, we support final customers in the engineering and management of Bas/Bms systems: from definition of specifications, to engineering, commissioning, acceptance testing, up to daily management and maintenance.
Based on this experience, we designed and implemented the ACE system, which allows users to easily and reliably manage residential and industrial buildings.
His strengths, compared to other products:
it uses industry standard hardware with widespread and standardized communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, Knx). It also interfaces devices with dedicated protocols (e.g. burglar alarms). We have developed on our own all the software of the system and we are not tied to a single product or protocol.
it's specifically designed to be easily adapted to the most different needs of the customer.
it's designed to be easily used by ordinary users, it does not require specialized personnel to manage the system.
the user interface is in Italian (English) and it comes complete with on-line help.
it does not use periodic payment licenses (database, web server, etc.) .
basic technical assistance is provided for free, without annual subscription fees.
